It is designed to be very easy for employees to participate in, and very easy for worksites to implement. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

Enter your weight and height using Standard or Metric measures.
Click on "Compute BMI" and your BMI will appear in the heart of the figure.
BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
