It is a physical activity initiative for member worksites of the Genesee Valley Health Partnership. It is designed to be very easy for employees to participate in, and very easy for worksites to implement. Feel free to use this section to support each other in your attempts to keep moving!

Virtual Simple Steps exercise buddies can be instrumental in cheering each other on to continued physical activity.

Sometimes we can't make contact with people right in our area, or at work, due to time or distance. So this offers you the chance to have a virtual cheering section, exercise buddies, and support!

So start your own threads by interest-maybe in a type of activity like pilates, skijoring (look that one up-could be lots of fun if you have dogs and like to ski), or by village or town, or worksite. Find someone to go meet at the gym. Find people who will walk the Greenway with you!
