The  Livingston Wellness Partnership will be the local resource dedicated to a healthier Livingston County in partnership with worksites, schools, and communities.

Our Mission
The mission of the Livingston Wellness Partnership is to assist organizations in adopting practices that promote change. This will be accomplished through assessment, planning, and education to support individuals making healthy lifestyle choices.

What Does Enrollment Cost?
The annual fee per worksite is based on the number of employees:

Up to 50                      $50
51-100                         $100
101-150                       $150
151-200                       $200
200 +                          $250

Summary — What Does Enrollment Include?
A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 Wellness Programs will be provided within a one-year contract (any additional programs over 5 will be $20 per program)
Consultation to support healthy workplaces
One health fair within the year
