Goooooooal! 5 Servings of Fruits and Veggies A Day 

Do you keep track? Maybe you don't have to log it*, but try to be aware of eating those 5-9 servings every day.

Great site for that information-including-what a serving size is and how much you need by age:

*But we do all know that by logging it in the beginning-for as long as it takes for you to feel comfy-you will be better able to achieve your goal!
