American Cancer Society programs:
The Look Good…Feel Better program offers women in active cancer treatment techniques to restore their self-image and cope with appearance-related side effects. Certified cosmetologists provide tips on makeup, skin care, nail care, and head coverings.
This program is a partnership among the American Cancer Society, the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association, and the National Cosmetology Association.

I CAN COPE- Educational Classes for People Touched by Cancer
Some of the topics discussed include: side effects of treatment, pain management, financial concerns, cancer and intimacy, nutrition during and after cancer treatment, and fatigue.
