The goals of the EMS Recruitment and Retention Committee are to:

1) improve volunteer membership levels for County EMS agencies by
initiating county-wide programs for recruitment of new members.

2) investigate and implement programs to recognize EMS volunteers in our
communities in an effort to keep them engaged in volunteer service. Additionally, to seek out and address any other issues that hinder agencies in retaining current members.
